Dunnstown, PA - The Woodward Township Police Department has filed charges against 18-year-old Mason K. Berry of Blanchard following an investigation into multiple incidents of criminal mischief that occurred in the Dunnstown area of Woodward Township during the early morning hours of July 22, 2026.
According to police, between midnight and 5 a.m., Berry allegedly drove a vehicle through at least seven properties along South Allegheny Street, Church Street, Arch Street, and Market Street, causing varying degrees of damage to residential lawns.
Through their investigation, officers identified Berry as the suspect. Charges of criminal mischief and trespass by motor vehicle have been filed through Magisterial District Judge 25-3-01.
The incident has been classified as vandalism. Berry was charged on August 5, 2026.
All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
