The Lock Haven Fire Department has issued a statement following the Structure at the UPMC Lock Haven Hospital. The cause of the fire was failure of electrical equipment in the utility room on the fourth floor. Facilities attached to the UPMC Lock Haven Hospital building were requested to shelter in place as the fire posed little threat to them. No injuries were reported.
