LOCK HAVEN — Emergency crews were dispatched at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Thursday Sept. 17, for a two-vehicle accident involving two SUVs near North Grove and East Main streets.

According to preliminary dispatch information, one person was reportedly confined inside a vehicle. The individual was later removed and transferred to EMS for evaluation. One lane was blocked, and a towing company was requested to the scene.
