LOCK HAVEN, PA — Robert Lee Weaver, 24, formerly of Mill Hall and Renovo, entered guilty pleas Tuesday in Clinton County Court of Common Pleas to two felony counts of Corruption of Minors.
The case was originally filed in 2021 by Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar. Court proceedings were stayed for more than four years after Weaver’s defense counsel raised concerns regarding his competency to stand trial. In January 2026, President Judge Craig P. Miller ruled that Weaver was competent to proceed.
According to information released Tuesday, Weaver admitted to repeatedly showing pornographic material and sex toys to two minors, ages 10 and 13, during January and February 2021.
Weaver is scheduled to be sentenced in December. He was also ordered to undergo a sexual offender assessment to determine whether he meets the criteria for classification as a Sexually Violent Predator.
Weaver will be subject to Megan’s Law registration for a minimum of 15 years.
